Our parents marvel at our spontaneity and lightness, worn down as they are by years of responsibility and conditioning. As we grow we engage with the world with wonder and awe. The stars and the oceans fascinate us and we explore the soil of the earth like a long lost friend. The light within us recognises the light within each and every form and in that recognition we affirm our Unitive Selves. This is the metaphorical child of seven days that Jesus tells us we should seek to emulate.
